Närradio
När närradion introducerades 1978 var Pingst Jönköping den första församling i Sverige som började sända och sändningarna har fortsatt sedan dess.
Församlingen har en radiostudio, Studio Väst, som används även av de andra sändande föreningarna i Jönköping i våra lokaler. Idag är det fjorton föreningar i kommunen som sänder mellan 50 och 55 timmar i veckan.
Studio Väst genom Radio Vättervåg sänder flest timmar med tyngdpunkt lagd till tisdagar, fredagar och söndagar. Programutbudet består bland annat av musik och aktualitetsprogram, gudstjänster, bibelreflektioner och en förbönsgudstjänst på fredagskvällarna. Lyssnarundersökningar visar att man tidvis har 10 000 eller fler lyssnare. Många av dessa lyssnare besöker sällan eller aldrig en kyrka.
